About Us....

My personal journey in the world of fine art is influenced heavily by my faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as well as a very inspirational incident that happened to me while attending college in Northern California. As a child, I always had a talent and curiosity for art. In college, I was able to take one personal elective course in oil painting. My instructor was supportive and encouraged me to try and have my artwork displayed publicly. Feeling emboldened by this encouragement, I took two recent paintings I had completed to a local coffee shop. The coffee shop was near campus, and they featured new local artists every month. I was told by the manager that my art was "too political" to be displayed on their walls. I was absolutely shocked! It was clear to me, by looking at the other art they did choose to display, that their problem with my art was not that it was "too political", but rather that it was "the wrong kind of political".

I learned a very important lesson that day: Never be ashamed of your personal beliefs, even if they may not be popular or "in vogue" in certain biased surroundings. I decided right then and there to continue my journey as an artist and never apologize for my faith, my heritage, and my undying love for this incredible Nation. May God bless the United States of America forever."

My spouse, Makayla Johnson, proudly shares my Faith and is a talented artist in her own right. She is deeply passionate about modern photography, and we will soon be showcasing her impressive artworks on this website as well.
